ARS4081E Unable to deactivate database `database_name`

Explanation The ARSDB program failed when attempting to deactivate
the database. 

User response
 Resubmit the command with the -v (verbose)
parameter. Use the information from the additional messages to correct
the problem. Then resubmit the command. If the problem persists, contact
your IBM® Service Representative.
