Explanation The ARSDB program failed when attempting to disconnect
from the database. 

User response
 Resubmit the command with the -v (verbose)
parameter. Use the information from the additional messages to determine
why the ARSDB program could not disconnect from the database. Correct
the problem and then resubmit the command.
