Explanation The ARSDB program failed when attempting to reorganize
the specified table. 

User response
 Resubmit the command with the -v (verbose)
parameter. Use the information from the additional messages to determine
why the ARSDB program could not reorganize the table. Correct the
problem and then resubmit the command.
