ARS4013E Unable to determine the database engine

Explanation
 The Content Manager OnDemand database engine parameter is not specified correctly or there is a
permission problem. There are three valid values for the database engine parameter: DB2, ORACLE, and
MSSQL. The instance owner must have at least read permission for the database.

 Correct the Content Manager OnDemand database configuration and verify that the permissions
are correct. Then resubmit the command.
