Explanation
This message is issued in response to a MODIFY
ARSSOCKD command. Processing the command will exceed the
ARS_NUM_CMD_THREADS limit.
User response
Retry the command. If you regularly receive this
message, consider increasing the ARS_NUM_CMD_THREADS.
