Defined distributions
Displays a list of distributions that are defined to ODF. Contains information about the most recent request of the distribution. The query is made using the values in the filter panel.
The following selections are available if you right click
on an individual distribution in the list:
- View Distribution Details
- View the details of the distribution.
- List Defined Report Bundles
- Lists report bundles that are defined in this distribution
- View Distribution Statistics
- Displays the processing statistics for this distribution.
- Initiate Distribution
- Changes the status of the distribution to notify ODF that this distribution should be submitted for print processing. ODF submits this distribution for print processing with all reports that are available regardless of the Wait/Ignore Indicator specified on the report bundle definition. This option is only valid if this distribution was requested.
- Cancel Distribution Request
- Changes the status of the distribution to cancelled. Cancelling the distribution prevents future attempts to process the occurrence of the distribution. Future processing starts with a new occurrence of the distribution. This function is useful for distributions that have an error that prevents processing.
- Reprint Distribution
- Displays options related to reprinting:
- Edit Output fields before reprint. Edit the output fields of each report bundle before submitting the reprint of the entire distribution
- Reprint without any changes. Submit the entire distribution for reprint without any changes This option is only valid if this distribution was requested.
- Edit Output Definitions
- Displays a window that allows you to update the output fields of the distribution definition.
