Message CPD0172 when using OPM programs

When an attribute-specific OPM program is found that matches the application or application group name, the number of parameters supported by the program is compared to the number of parameters required by the monitor exit. If the number of parameters supported by the program is different than the number of parameters required by the monitor exit, message CPD0172 is sent to the monitor job log and the program is not called.
