Document List Mode (Options menu or Content Manager OnDemand toolbar)

Use to select the presentation style for the Document List. You have two choices:

Spreadsheet

Content Manager OnDemand allows you to select rows, columns, or individual values and copy them to the clipboard. This choice also lets you use the mouse to drag text from the Document List to a search field and to sort a column in the list in ascending order by double-clicking a column title or by selecting all items in a column and clicking the right mouse button to sort the column in ascending or descending order.

Listbox

Content Manager OnDemand lists the items that match your search criteria in the order they occur on the server or the order chosen by the Content Manager OnDemand administrator. You use the Sort List command button on the Search Criteria and Document List window to sort the Document List when it is displayed in Listbox mode.
