Indicate that holds can be applied to documents in an application
group by adding the Hold permission.
Procedure
Do the following steps:

Start the OnDemand Administrator client by clicking .

Click Application Groups.

Right-click the application group you want to modify.

Select Update.

Click the Permissions tab.

Select the user or user groups to have permission to apply
holds.
- If you want to select a user or user group that already has
application group permissions, select the name of the user or user
group from the Defined list.
- If you want to select a user or user group that does not have
application group permissions, select the name of the user or user
group from the Users/Groups list.

In the Document area, select the Hold check
box.

If you selected a user or user group that does not have
application group permissions, click Add. ClickOK.
