Folder general commands

Add
Use this command to add an application group to the folder. Application groups listed in the Selected list can be queried from the folder. To add an application group, select the application group name in the Application Groups list and choose Add. Content Manager OnDemand places the application group name in the Selected list.
Remove
Use this command to remove an application group from the folder.
Applications
If the application group contains more than one application, use this command to select the applications that can be queried from the folder. First, select an application group name in the Selected list. Then click Applications to open a window for the application group. By default, users can query and retrieve data from all of the applications contained in an application group.
Advanced
Use this command to define the names and descriptions in other languages. You can specify folder and cabinet names and descriptions in multiple languages.
