Folder general
About this task
The Add (Update or View) Folder window provides features on the General page to type the name of the folder, choose the application group that can be searched from the folder, specify the note search property, and the option to add the display document location and display document hold columns in the document list.
The commands that you can use include:
- OK
- Commit changes to the database and close the Folder window.
- Cancel
- Close the Folder window and do not save changes.
- Help
- Open the online help for the Folder window.
- Update
- If you are viewing a folder and have the required authority, click Update to switch from viewing the folder to updating the folder.
