File sections
Users
Identifies the users that can log on to the local server and access documents
stored in the data distribution image. To access documents, a user must have
established folder and application group permissions on the library
server. If a user obtains permissions from a group, you must add the
group to the Groups section of a data distribution file.
Groups
Identifies the groups that can access documents stored in the data distribution
image. To access documents, a group must have established folder and application
group permissions on the library server.
Named Queries
Identifies the public named queries used to retrieve documents from the
library server. Named queries is one way to include documents in a data distribution
image.
Folders
Identifies the folders used to access data stored in the data distribution
image. If you plan to load data on the PDD server,
you must identify the folder(s) that permit users to access the data. When
you add a public named query to the Named Queries section, Content Manager OnDemand automatically
adds the folder name to the Folders section.
Clients
Determines the Content Manager OnDemand client program files that are copied to the data
distribution image. You can select the operating environment and language
of the client programs.
Labels
Identifies the label template file, merge file, and other merge data used
by Content Manager OnDemand to print a label on the data distribution media. You can create
a label template file and specify merge field variables with the Rimage label
editing software.
User Supplied Files
Identifies the user-defined files that are included in the data distribution
image.
Customized Font Mappings
A list of customized font and code page files included in the data distribution
image.
