Features

In addition to the HTTP-based APIs described in Developing REST applications with REST Services, REST Services also provide the following general features:

• Correlation-Id assigned to all requests. A unique value will be generated by default unless a value is specified in a request header.
• Cached Content Manager OnDemand folders
• Ability to define multiple connection pools, each based on a different Content Manager OnDemand user and/or Content Manager OnDemand server.
• Encrypted password for connection pools
• HMacSHA256 for signed requests
• Freedom to choose your application's technology stack and programming language
