New Recipient

Displays the Add a Recipient window so that a new recipient can be added to the server.

To add a recipient, the logon user must have one of the following permissions:

ODF Administration authority
System Administrator

Explore

Replaces the current list of recipients with the list of recipients obtained from the server. (Double-click Recipients in the list pane performs the same function.)

Find

Creates a list of recipients that match the search criteria.
