Defining the folder fields

About this task

Follow these steps to define the folder fields:

Procedure

  1. Optionally replace the suggested default values in the Hit List Folder Field Name fields. Hit list folder field names are listed in the column heading of the document list.
  2. Type the name of the query folder field in the Query Folder field name field. Query folder field names are listed in the search criteria section of the Search Criteria and Document List window.
  3. Click OK to save the folder field information (and the indexing field information) and close the Field window.
