Changing expired password
About this task
If you log on and the client opens the Change Expired Password window, it means that the system has determined that the current password has aged beyond the system limit.
To change an expired password:
Procedure
- In the Current Password field, type the current (expired) password.
- In the New Password field, type the new password.
- Verify the new password by typing the new password in the Verify Password field.
- Press Enter or choose OK to change the expired password.
- Content Manager OnDemand validates the new password and updates the database.
