Reordering ODF report bundles

About this task

You can change the order of the report bundles in a distribution.

Procedure

  1. Right-click a distribution and select Reorder Report Bundles.
  2. Select a report bundle in the list, and click Move Up or Move Down to move that report bundle up or down in the list.
    You can also move a report bundle by selecting the report bundle, and with the left mouse button pressed, moving the cursor up or down to the position where you want the report bundle to be located. After the report bundle is moved, the cursor changes from an arrow to a hand.

Results

After you move a report bundle, the sequence numbers for all of the report bundles are changed on the server. The first report bundle starts with a sequence number of 10 and each subsequent report bundle increments by 10. The updated report bundles are displayed in the right pane of the administrative client.

The location of a report bundle in a distribution can also be changed by updating a report bundle and changing the sequence number. If you use this method, then the sequence numbers of the other report bundles are not changed.
