Cloudability Export a report
Report exports ( 
) are shown in the
Cloudability toolbar.
Badges are used to identify the status of your report exports. A notification icon with a number shows the successful reports completed. A red warning icon represents a failure of at least one report that has failed to export. At any time, you can click on the number and report icon in upper right and a drop-down status box appears showing all the reports that are in process, have been downloaded, or have failed.
All successfully generated reports are available to re-download for 72 hours.
Export a report
You can download your reports from Cloudability within your browser:
- From a dashboard widget, select Export Widget (
) from the actions menu at the top right of
the widget. - From the Reports page, select the actions menu (
) in the title of the report. Select Export (
). -
From an individual report, select More (
) from the actions menu at the top right of the
report. Select Export ( )
Sucessfully exported reports are automatically downloaded by your browser.
Notifications
The statuses of your exported report are shown as notifications. You are notified when:
- completed processing
- download begins
- report fails to process
