Commitment Alerts

Cloudability commitment-based discount supports alerts across your portfolio of commitments.

Alerts are facilitated through an email and are configured via the right-hand panel accessed through a secondary action button in the upper right corner of the portfolio page. Commitment alerts currently supports expiration alerts across your portfolio. We do not support configuring these alerts by vendor or commitment type at this time.

To configure commitment alerts, follow the steps below:

1. Select the Alerts button in the upper right hand corner of Commitment Portfolio .

   Note:

   It does not matter which vendor tab or commitment type you have selected since the alerts are not segmented by these criteria.

1. To configure alerts, select the expiring within period, the frequency you wish to receive the alert, and whether or not you wish to receive the email when no commitments meet your specified criteria.

1. Select Submit to subscribe.

1. To turn this alert off, simply access this panel and select the red Unsubscribe button.

A confirmation pop up notification at the bottom of the screen confirms the changes made.
