Last login date

The last login date is set to the value of date_last_login from the get-users-me API call.

Activity status

The last login date is used to determine when the user was last active; see Last login date .

If there is no last login date, the value of status is checked from the get-groups-group_id-members-member_id API call. If the value is active then the activity status is set to active, otherwise it is set to inactive.

Purchased license count

This value is set manually.

Used license count

The used license count is based on the number of users found.

Steps to connect

Connect SurveyMonkey to Cloudability SaaS .

Find the SurveyMonkey tile and select Connect .

You are redirected to the SurveyMonkey login. Log in to your account and follow the steps to connect to the Cloudability SaaS application.

Confirm success
