Calculated fields

Last login date

The last login date is based on the date_last value returned from the team.accessLogs API call. If this field is empty or not provided then the date is set to null.

Activity status

The last login date is used to determine when the user was last active; see Last login date .

If there is no last login date, then the user is marked as inactive.

Purchased license count

This value is set manually.

Used license count

The used license count is based on the number of users found by Cloudability SaaS .

Before you can integrate Slack with Cloudability SaaS , you must have the following:

A Slack subscription with Pro as the minimum subscription level.

A Slack account that is a workspace administrator in order to install the Cloudability SaaS app in your Slack workspace. The account must also have, at minimum, the admin and users:read scopes in order to use the API. For more information about scopes, see https://api.slack.com/scopes. When you install the Cloudability SaaS app on Slack, the API token is automatically generated for the user.

Steps to connect

Connect Slack to Cloudability SaaS .

Find the Slack tile and select Connect .

A Slack login dialog opens.

Log in to your Slack account.

Follow the instructions to install the Cloudability SaaS app.

Confirm success
