Last login date

No last login date is recorded for Mavenlink.

Activity status

The activity status is set based on the value of disabled from the users API call. If the value is set to false then the user is marked as active. If the value is set to true then the user is marked as inactive. if the value is not provided then the activity status is left as null.

Purchased license count

This value is set manually.

Used license count

The used license count is based on the number of users found by Cloudability SaaS with a license assigned.

Before you can integrate Mavenlink with Cloudability SaaS , you must have the following:

A Mavenlink account subscription.

The Mavenlink account must have Account Administrator permission levels.

Steps to connect

Connect Mavenlink to Cloudability SaaS .

Find the Mavenlink tile and select Connect .

Log in to your Mavenlink account and follow the instructions to authorize the Cloudability SaaS application.

Confirm success

Confirm that Mavenlink has been integrated with Cloudability SaaS correctly.

Confirm that the Cloudability SaaS Dashboard displays the Mavenlink tile under Your Connected Applications .

Select the Mavenlink tile and confirm that data from Mavenlink can be viewed in the application details page.

Compare the data in Mavenlink to data in Cloudability SaaS to confirm success.

Log in to Mavenlink.

Compare the list of users in Mavenlink with the list of users in the Cloudability SaaS connected application.
