Cloudability SaaS Connect DocuSign to Cloudability SaaS

DocuSign has many available products, but the DocuSign direct connector focuses just on DocuSign’s eSignature SaaS application.
What data is brought into Cloudability SaaS from Docusign?
DocuSign is integrated with Cloudability SaaS using the DocuSign API.

Cloudability SaaS brings in user and expense data from the DocuSign API. The data is analyzed and displayed as useful insights in Cloudability SaaS .

Calculated fields
Last Active On
The last known login date of the user. This is calculates using the same formula of Inactive field.
Total Annual Cost The calculated Annual Cost.
Inactive
Number of inactive users based on inactivity configuration. The last login date of the user is retrieved from the report they submitted from last 30 days and calculated as the latest of (CreateDate, LastModifiedDate, SubmitDate, ProcessingPaymentDate, PaidDate, UserDefinedDate)
Purchased license count
The purchased license count is based on the value of includedQuantity that is returned from the Accounts:getBillingCharges API call.
Used license count
The used license count is based on the value of usedQuantity that is returned from the Accounts:getBillingCharges API call.
Connect to DocuSign
Before you start
Before you can integrate DocuSign with Cloudability SaaS , you must have the following:
A DocuSign account subscription licensed by Envelopes or Seats as a minimum.
An account with View Only Users and Groups permissions and View and Edit Account Settings permissions at a minimum
For Account Settings, Docusign only provides a "View &Edit" permission. However, the Cloudability SaaS connector does NOT edit any data.

An API token generated from your DocuSign account.

Steps to connect
Connect DocuSign to Cloudability SaaS .
Find the DocuSign tile and select Connect .
Enter the following information:
Email Address : The email address associated to the DocuSign user or service account with the required permissions.
Password : The password to the DocuSign account.
Select Accept .
Confirm success
