Cloudability SaaS uses user and expense data from the Box API. The data is analyzed and displayed as useful insights in Cloudability SaaS .

Calculated fields
Last login date
The last login date is based on the timestamp value returned from the get-events API call. For each audit log entry, the last login date is updated for the associated user.
If no audit log exist for that user then the date remains set to null.
Activity status
The last login date is used to determine when the user was last active; see Last login date .
If there is no last login date, then the user is marked as inactive.
Purchased license count
This value is set manually.
Used license count
The used license count is based on the number of users found by Cloudability SaaS with assigned licenses.

Before you can integrate Box with Cloudability SaaS , you must have the following:
A Box account subscription at Starter (For Business Teams) level as a minimum.

The Box account must have Administrator permission levels.

Steps to connect
Connect Box to Cloudability SaaS .
Find the Box tile and select Connect .
Log in to Box.
Select Authorize .
Select Grant access to Box .
The browser will return to Cloudability SaaS .
Complete the steps in the License Wizard to add your Box license to Cloudability SaaS .
Confirm success
Use the wording below as a guide when describing a single connector. For example, a single application connected using an API connection.
Confirm that Box has been integrated with Cloudability SaaS correctly.
Confirm that the Cloudability SaaS Dashboard displays the Box tile under Your Connected Applications .
Select the Box tile and confirm that data from Box can be viewed in the application details page.
Compare the data in Box to data in Cloudability SaaS to confirm success.
Log into https://app.box.com with the account that was used to connect to Cloudability SaaS .
Open the administration console and navigate to Users and Groups Settings. You should see a list of managed users. For information, refer to https://support.box.com/hc/en-us/articles/1500005433721-Users-Groups-Settings
Compare the list of managed users to the list of users in the connected application in Cloudability SaaS .
