Cloudability SaaS Add custom applications
A custom application is one that does not have API integration or is not connected via single sign on (SSO). It allows you to track total application costs and leverage contract renewal workflows and notifications.
On-premise application contracts can be loaded into Cloudability SaaS as custom applications to keep track of contract and expense related information and in turn manage notifications around the renewal process. However, the application usage of on-premise applications is not reported. If a custom application is available as a cloud based application on a future date, you can convert to include it within the Cloudability SaaS platform to report SaaS usage analytics.
