SAML with LDAP dependency using V2 API does not work correctly

The SAML and LDAP authentication types are displayed in the cp-console login page when you configure SAML with LDAP dependency using V2 API.

Causes

SAML with LDAP Dependency uses V2 API schema elements when you migrate Identity Management (IM) from version 3.x to 4.x from the existing IBM Cloud Pak.

Resolving the problem

Configure the Identity Provider (IdP) for SAML with LDAP dependency with V3 API schema elements. For more information, see SAML with LDAP dependency registration.

If you use the your product console to configure SAML with LDAP dependency, enable Use in conjunction with an existing ldap toggle option. For more information, see Configuring single sign-on using your product UI.
