Case Management dashboards from home page
There are two out-of-the-box dashboards for Case Management that show some key case and cases team analytics. The analytics focus on cases data and cases team data over the past 30 days.
The Cases dashboard shows some key metrics related to cases. It contains charts such as New and Open Cases Over Time and Open Cases by Severity. The following demo shows an example of this dashboard. To access the dashboard, from the IBM Security QRadar Suite home page, go to the Dashboard section and click the Cases dashboard.
The second dashboard shows some key metrics on the case management team, such as Open Cases by Phase and Open Cases by Duration. The following demo shows an example of this dashboard.
If you have permissions, you can create new dashboards, combining widgets from different IBM Security QRadar Suite applications. To create a new dashboard, from the dashboards section of the IBM Security QRadar Suite home page, scroll down and click New Dashboard. From the Create new dashboard screen, enter a name and description for the new dashboard and then select the preconfigured widgets that you want to include in the dashboard. You can also set your new dashboard as the default displaying dashboard. The following demo shows how to create a new dashboard, combining widgets from different applications, and setting the new dashboard as the default. We can then see the result of the new dashboard on the home page.
