Duplicate playbooks and sub-playbooks
You can reduce the time that it takes to create playbooks and sub-playbooks by duplicating existing ones.
For example, you might have a running playbook that you want to modify but you do not want to disable it while you modify it. You can duplicate the playbook that is running and modify the duplicate.
When the new playbook or sub-playbook is ready, disable the old one and enable the new one. In this way, you can phase out or update older playbooks and sub-playbooks without affecting your case management team.
