The global cases dashboard in the Provider account shows a list of cases from multiple customers.
The cases displayed on the global cases dashboard represent all of the cases from multiple Standard accounts for which you have permissions.
Before you begin
You must have permissions to access the Provider account. To view cases from a Standard account in the Provider account, you must go to Case Management in that Standard account once. If you do not go to Case Management in a particular Standard account, cases from that Standard account are not shown in the global cases view in the
Provider account.
About this task
To view case data from multiple customers, go to the Provider account. You can switch from the global cases dashboard
in Provider account to cases in individual Standard accounts.
Procedure
Go to the Provider account.
From the Provider account main menu, click
Case Management > Cases. The global cases dashboard is displayed.
Click a case to go to the Standard account
that contains the case.
Tip: Notice that the application takes you to the Standard account that contains the case.
To go back to the global cases dashboard in the Provider account, click the back button beside the account name,
as shown in the following graphic.

The following short demonstration shows an example of a global cases list in the Provider account:
In the Provider account, the list of cases from all
of the Standard accounts is shown.
Clicking a case takes you to the Standard account
that contains the case and the account name is shown.
Clicking the blue back button takes you back to the Provider account.
