Administration in Standard accounts
As a SOAR MSSP administrator, use the Provider account to manage most of the administration and configuration of all of the Standard accounts. There are some administration settings that you can configure in each Standard account.
You can configure the following account-specific settings in the Standard accounts:
- From the Administrator Settings > Users tab, you can manage users specifically for the Standard account.
- From the Administrator Settings > Groups tab, you can create and manage groups specifically for the Standard account.
- From the Administrator Settings > API Keys tab, you can see any API keys created by apps in the Standard account.
- From the Administrator Settings > Organization tab, you can configure settings specific to the Standard account, such as incident sequence code, attachment sizes, and incident deletion. You can also configure the connection details for an inbound email connection for the Standard account, as described in Configuring inbound email for a SOAR MSSP deployment.
- From the Administrator Settings > Apps tab, you can manage apps for the Standard account. For more information about apps, see Orchestration & Automation Apps.
