Tasks

You can access tasks by selecting a case and clicking the Tasks tab, which shows the tasks associated with the case.

The Tasks tab in an individual case enables you to view and manage all the tasks for the case you selected. The tab organizes the tasks by phase, which you can expand or collapse.
Individual tasks
When you are viewing an individual task, there are also tabs to view the source of the task, record notes, and upload attachments. In the Members tab of the task, you can mark a task as private if you consider the task as sensitive and do not want it to be viewed by the case management team in general. The owner of the case and members of the task can view a private task.
