SOAR Breach Response add-on updates V1.10.17

The SOAR Breach Response add-on (also known as Privacy Solution) includes updated regulators and a new regulator in this release.

The following regulator was added in this release.

Regulator	Description
Texas	Updated the language to the "Resource Library" and "Notify the Texas AG (Texas Person-Entity)" tasks to reflect the threshold of affected persons (250 Texas residents) required to trigger notification task. Also changed the "Timeframe" required to "Notify Texas AG" (from 60 days to 30 days) in line with latest amendments to existing Texas breach notification law.
