Chargeback reports might not show data for all tagged systems
Running a chargeback report returns "No records found for this report".
The error can be caused by incorrect report settings.
Resolving the problem
- Check whether the reports should be "based on" Chargeback for Vms or Chargeback for Configured Systems to match the actual text on the reports.
- If a report is only gathering allocation-based chargeback data, ensure the Include Capacity & Utilization metrics checkbox is disabled. Only enable this checkbox if collecting utilization-based chargeback data. Note: Some providers don't collect utilization data.
- For some reports, you might need to turn off both "Included C&U Metrics" and "Include Cumulative Rate Calculation" in the definition.
- Ensure the Chargeback Interval is configured properly to match the date range of collected data.
