Deploying a predefined template

You can deploy the predefined templates in the Middleware Template Library to your to your cloud environment including VMware, IBM Cloud and AWS.

General deployment guidelines

• Each predefined template was tested with the default values for its variables. See the README file for the template for details on possible customizations to the template.

Deployment guidelines for VMware

Validate the deployment

After you deploy a predefined template, you can validate the deployment by checking the log files for Terraform, Chef, and the middleware product. You can also check the Output variables tab of the deployed template and confirm you see the desired output.
