Troubleshoot Unified Agent issues.
Learn how to isolate and resolve problems with Monitoring. Verify that your issues are not related to operating system requirements, such as disk, memory, and CPU capacities. For more information about system requirements for Monitoring, see System requirements. To get support, see Support in the product documentation.
Note: When you have any issues with Unified Agent, you can always check the log to get more information. The UA log is located in /var/log/ua.log.
- Metrics data cannot be displayed in UA plug-in for Kafka
- Unable to stop the Unified Agent that is deployed on a managed cluster
- Some UA pods are not available after IBM Cloud Pak® for Multicloud Management is upgraded from 2.3 to 2.3 Fix Pack 1
