Client TLS Negotiation Error Count

• The number of TLS connections initiated by the client that did not establish a session with the load balancer. Possible causes include a mismatch of ciphers or protocols.
• The type is int.

Consumed LCUs

• The number of load balancer capacity units (LCU) used by your load balancer.
• The type is int.
• The unit is lcus.

HTTP Code ELB 4XX Count

• The number of HTTP 4XX client error codes that originate from the load balancer. Client errors are generated when requests are malformed or incomplete. These requests have not been received by the target. This count does not include any response codes generated by the targets.

HTTP Code ELB 5XX Count

• The number of HTTP 5XX server error codes that originate from the load balancer. This count does not include any response codes generated by the targets.

Latency

Request Count

• For an HTTP listener this is the number of requests received and routed, including HTTP error responses from the registered instances. For a TCP listener this is the number of connections made to the registered instances.

Surge Queue Length

• The total number of requests that are pending routing. The load balancer queues a request if it is unable to establish a connection with a healthy instance in order to route the request. The maximum size of the queue is 1,024. Additional requests are rejected when the queue is full.
