Granting users with full access to Transaction Tracking log files

You must grant users with full access to the Transaction Tracking log files.

Procedure:

1. After agent installation, right-click CANDLE_HOME/TMAITM6_x64/logs folder and select Properties.
   Where CANDLE_HOME is the agent installation directory.
2. When the Properties window pops up, select the Security tab.
3. In the Group or users names option, select IIS_IUSRS or Users.
   Note: If IIS_IUSRSor Users group is not available, you must add the user group accordingly.
4. Click Edit button, select Full Control for IIS_IUSRS or Users group.
5. Click OK.
