Before you run this playbook, you must download the config pack, see Download config pack.

configpack_dir (Required)
The directory name where the downloaded configuration pack file is placed
agent_dir (Required)
The installation directory of ITM agent(s)
connection_mode (Optional)
Choose one of the values: itm, icam, dual
The default is icam.
For a list of the IBM Tivoli Monitoring agents that are supported in IBM Cloud Pak for Multicloud Management and which agents support dual mode, see Integrating IBM Tivoli Monitoring V6 agents.
Note: It is advantageous if the Monitoring server and Ansible Tower are in the same Kubernetes cluster. If they are in different clusters, then you must manually download the config pack to a directory that the agent host can access. You will not be able to use the download_configpack.yml playbook. For more information on downloading the config pack, see Configuring the downloaded images.
