Disabling Transaction Tracking for SAP agent instance

Procedure

• For windows platform:
  1. Open the file KSAENV_XXX. Where XXX is the agent instance name.
  2. Update the variable SAPTTENABLE as SAPTTENABLE=N.
  3. Restart SAP Agent instance.
• For Linux and Unix platforms:
  1. Open the file sa_XXX.environment. Where XXX is the agent instance name. Create the sa_XXX.environment file if not already created. If the file is already created then add the following parameters at the end of the file.
  2. Update the variable SAPTTENABLE as SAPTTENABLE=N.
  3. Restart SAP Agent instance.
