Deleting a service version

You can delete an existing service version from the Manage service library.

Procedure

1. Go to the Manage service Library page.

2. Expand the service record to see the list of versions.

3. From the overflow menu of a service version record, select Delete.

4. In Delete service version page, enter "delete" and click Delete.

   Notes:

   • A default service version cannot be deleted. To delete a default version, make other version as default version.
   • The deployed instances that are associated with this version cannot be modified after deleting service version.
   • In a service where upgrade/downgrade path is mentioned for a particular version, on deleting that version, an error message is displayed to the user. The user needs to manually remove the entries from the source code for the missing version.
