Open Tracing image mapping per release

Use the open tracing image mappings that correspond to the version of API Connect used in your Cloud Pak for Integration deployment.

Note: Open tracing is not supported when API management is deployed on Linux for IBM Z.

Image mappings are listed starting with the most recent version of the Operations Dashboard.
