Messaging capability deployment

The IBM Cloud Pak for Integration messaging capability is provided through the deployment of an instance of IBM MQ Advanced. This capability enables you to safely move information between applications and can be deployed using the IBM Cloud Pak Platform UI, OpenShift web console, or OpenShift CLI.

Before you begin

You must meet the following dependencies:

Review the topics in the IBM Cloud Pak for Integration Overview – Installation section.
If you are using the IBM Entitled Registry, a pull secret must exist in the namespace containing an entitlement key. See Finding and applying your entitlement key by using the UI (online installation).
Ensure you have the IBM MQ operator installed.
