Defining default settings for tools

If you have the Admin role in a project, you can define default settings for some tools.

You can set standard options for your tools that are used automatically whenever you work with the tool in that project. These settings establish a baseline for processing, but some of the settings can be overridden when you create a tool-specific asset.

You can access the settings page for a tool on the Manage page of a project.
