Viewing active runtimes across projects

Runtimes that are started for tools like Jupyter notebooks, SPSS Modeler, or Data Refinery, and for jobs that are created for operational assets in projects, like notebooks, Data Refinery flows, scripts, or SPSS Modeler flows consume resources as part of their regular operations.

Project administrators can see all active runtimes for all users, whereas each user can only see their own active runtimes.

To view the runtimes in use and monitor the health and resource consumption of created runtimes:

1. From the Cloud Pak for Data navigation menu, select Projects > Tool runtimes.

2. Filter the runtime view results by:

   • Selected projects or across all projects
   • Selected users who created runtimes or all users who created runtimes

The returned view results list the name of the environment, the runtime status, the start time, the amount of resources requested versus actually utilized and the resource limits for the environment.
