Access error after changing the role of a Db2 Big SQL user

Changing the role of a Db2 Big SQL user might result in an error.

Symptoms

Attempting to change the role of a user from the Access Management UI returns ERROR : patchUserRoleLogger : Error granting user or group access.

Resolving the problem

To resolve this problem, remove the user and then add the user again with the correct role.
