Downloading the Cloud Pak for Data backup and restore scripts
Some backup and restore scripts are needed for online and offline backup and restore, such as cpd-operators.sh.
Procedure
- Go to the following location:
- To download individual files, click the files folder.
- To download a package that contains all the files, do the following steps:
- Click the folder of the Cloud Pak for Data
version that you are using.
If no folder exists for your Cloud Pak for Data version, click the folder of the most recent version that is available. For example, if your Cloud Pak for Data version is 5.0.2, click the 5.0.1 folder.
- Click the subfolder that corresponds to the hardware on which Cloud Pak for Data is installed.
- Click the folder of the Cloud Pak for Data
version that you are using.
- Download individual files or the cpdops.tgz file, which is the
package that contains all the files.
- If the operating system of your workstation is Linux®, run the appropriate
wgetcommand described in the Download section of the page. - If the operating system of your workstation is Windows or Mac OS, click the file, and then click the Download raw file icon.
- If the operating system of your workstation is Linux®, run the appropriate
- If you downloaded the cpdops.tgz file, extract the contents of the
package. For example, on Mac OS, double-click the file. On Linux, run the following command:
tar -xvf cpdops.tgz - If your Cloud Pak for Data deployment includes
watsonx Orchestrate, download the files that are
needed to back up and restore IBM App Connect.
