Cannot run `cpd-cli manage` commands

When you try to run cpd-cli manage commands, the cpd-cli returns a runc: exec failed error.

Symptoms

Previously, you could run cpd-cli manage commands. However, now the cpd-cli returns the following error:

Error: runc: exec failed: unable to start container process: open /dev/pts/0: operation not permitted: OCI permission denied

Causes

This error occurs when the cpd-cli can no longer access /dev/pts/0 on the client workstation.

Environment

This issue occurs on client workstations that are running:

Podman Version 4.1.x
runc Version 1.1.x

User response: Run the following command to restart the container where the olm-utils image is running:

cpd-cli manage restart-container
