Using additional attributes from your identity provider to create dynamic user groups

If you want to use additional attributes to create dynamic user groups and the attributes are in your identity provider (IdP), you can configure the Identity Management Service to use the attributes. You can then tell Cloud Pak for Data which attributes can be used to create dynamic user groups.

Before you begin

Cloud Pak for Data must be configured to use the IBM Cloud Pak foundational services Identity Management Service. For more information, see Integrating with the Identity Management Service.

Procedure

To use additional attributes from your IdP, complete the following tasks:
