Restoring an instance of Cloud Pak for Data with the OADP utility

Restore an offline backup of a Cloud Pak for Data instance to a different cluster with the Cloud Pak for Data OADP utility by doing the following tasks.

You might want to restore Cloud Pak for Data to a different cluster for testing purposes. For example, you might restore Cloud Pak for Data to a different cluster to ensure that you can successfully restore a Cloud Pak for Data backup to a new cluster if the source cluster is lost. In this case, the target cluster is considered to be a passive cluster.
