Non-containerized data stores

For each non-containerized data store for where compliance reporting is required, you must follow specific guidelines.

For each non-containerized data store where compliance reporting is required:
  1. Copy the ILMT SWID tag to the virtual or physical server where the data store is installed.
  2. Install the ILMT software by referring to License Metric Tool 9.2.

Adding ILMT SWID tags to non-containerized data stores

IBM Data Replication (Production/Non-production)
  • For each non-containerized data store used as a replication source in a production or non-production environment:
    1. Copy the IDR SWID tag to the Virtual server where the data store is located.
    2. The SWID tag files are located in Fix Central.
      The specific ones you need are based on whether you need it for production or non-production environments:
      • For production: IBM Data Replication Cartridge for IBM Cloud Pak for Data 4.6.0 swidtag
      • For non-production: IBM Data Replication Cartridge for IBM Cloud Pak for Data Non-Production 4.6.0 swidtag
IBM InfoSphere Data Replication (Production/Non-production)
  • For each data store used as a replication source or target in a production or non-production environment:
    1. Copy the IDR SWID tag to the Virtual server where the data store is located.
    2. The SWID tag files are located in Fix Central.
      The specific ones you need are based on whether you need it for production or non-production environments:
      • For production: IBM InfoSphere Data Replication Cartridge for IBM Cloud Pak for Data 4.6.0 swidtag
      • For non-production: IBM InfoSphere Data Replication Cartridge for IBM Cloud Pak for Data Non-Production 4.6.0 swidtag
